Hello everybody,

do you known the iPhone Explorer? The iPhone Explorer is a Windows application to download or upload your videos, music, photos or ringtones. The program contains quick accesses to the important folders (music, photo, video e.g.). One of the best function is the ringtone editor. With this can you create your own ringtones from any MP3, AIFF, M4U or M4A file formats.

I use Netportal, its like explorer for the iphone. I connect to my PC and Mac wirelessly and pull down the files I want onto my iphone no third party software needed for your machines, its Ł2.99 but well worth it.

You can read more about it here, or just do a search for netportal on the appstore
