How do i view the files and folders?

I hear people going on about connecting their ipod touch up and then going into the folders and putting folders in places and stuff and i wanted to know how i can view those.

if you have a pc, iBrickr should do the trick. don't recall the mac counterpart at the moment.

I have ibrickr but then people go on about right clicking and changing some number on it and i can't do that with iBrickr.

Is your Touch Jailbroken? If not, then the system is locked down and you won't be able to do or see much of anything.
