help... my pc crashed.. need files from iphone to pc

like the title said.. my pc crashed, so i had to reformat.

now my itunes doesn't have my back up file, nor any of my files left. it erased everything.

can someone help me how I can transfer my files (including contacts, pics, etc..) from my iphone to my computer?

You can use iFuntunes to transfer the media. Sync the contacts with Google/Gmail or Yahoo through iTunes and they'll always be there saved in that acct if you have to restore the phone.
