W2k iphone charge usb
Ive found a workaround to get charging working on my work laptop, which is a windows 2000 PRO
(1) You'll need administrator rights.... Connect your Iphone to a USB2.0 port (2) Select Add/remove Hardware (3) Choose not to windows update or cd/floppy. (4) Select Advanced and choose OTHER DEVICE in the add/remove wizard. (5) Select ACER in the helft hand pane (6) Now choose ACER Handheld OR any Acer USB device in the right hand pane (7) Simply select OK and windows will install the drivers. Your done, unplug your apple iphone cable at the USB port and re-connect...It will now happily charge |
