Getting Treo 650 Calendar and Contact Data to iPhone

Can anyone help me? I have Contacts under Entourage Calendar and last Calendar backup a month ago under Palm Desktop on a Dell PC. I have not been able to sync my Treo to one or the other (Entourage Calendar) or PC Palm Desktop so I can sync the info into the iPhone. I've done all the usual checks to sync the data, but have so far been unsuccessful.. Has anyone got any ideas of what I might be able to do for a workaround? Thanks in advance, Miles
