Copy MP3s from hard Disk to IPhone - iPhone 3G

Hi All,

I am getting an IPhone soon.Heard that have to get songs from ITune for the IPhone. I have so many mp3s in my computer. I would like to copy them to the IPhone. Is it possible? Is there a software for that? How can I copy mp3s from the hard disk to IPhone?

just drag your files into iTunes and it will auto convert them, then just sync to your phone.

Done.

Hi
You will need to organise all your MP3's in Itunes software first as playlists.
Then you can sync all the playlists from itunes into your phone.You dont necessarily have to buy from the itunes store to sync mp3 with iphone.

Thanks for the support. Wont there be any problems playing them in the IPhone. No kinda of protection to check that the songs are downloaded from the ITunes Site?

no. i have about 30 ripped cds on my computer. just dragged them to itunes and synced up.

MP3 is the perfect format for moving. Once it's in MPEG4 it seems you are screwed.
