Contacts Picture Issue

Hi All,

I've realized that whenever I assign a photo to a contact on my phone, the picture looks fine up until my contacts sync with outlook. Once this happens Outlook converts the picture into a crappier lower resolution version.

Is there anyway to get around this? When my caller-ID pops up the pictures look horrible. I tried just disabling the Contacts sync, but then it's going to remove all my Contacts in doing so.
