A little help with Outlook/Vista and iPhone

So I just got the new 3gs iPhone and am loving it but I have run into
a problem. I was trying to set up groups via Outlook and somehow have
really messed up.
Only a few categories show up in my itunes info and now it seems I may have lost some numbers all together.
I just can't figure out what I am doing wrong..

Open your address book, and under contact lists, look for Mobile Favorites. It should import everything from the iPhone there...I had to take them all and copy to the Main Contacts part to get the sync to work.
