There are a number of checks and actions to diagnose and correct. The easiest include performing a reset on your iPhone (home/power button); resetting network settings; turning off and on your wireless router; going into your router settings to verify that access is not being denied (my router MAC filters; I need to specify the specific MAC addresses of the devices I am permitting on my network).

Try going to a public hotspot and try to access the internet there.

Worst case scenario, go to Apple Store.

Are you jaibroken? Has this problem occurred since jailbreaking? Have you tried a restore?
