Default Wifi access help

I am having trouble connecting to my linksys wireless router.

My iphone can see it but when i try and connect it just says "unable to connect"

Can anyone help me please? Is it because it is a mac? how do i fix it?

look up linksys support and give them a call. I had to call them and get all the firmware updates done to mine when I first brought home the mac and IPhone. Just give them a call and they will have it working in now time. Here is the number 800-326-7114

Linksys is kind of a pain sometimes, but once you get the bugs worked out, and the most current firmware on it, it works great. Check your security settings as well

@ thread starter, u have to provide details as to whether u have configured the linksys router with password or Mac address protection.

With basic settings, iphone connects in a jiffy...

Sounds like he doesnt have MAC protection considering he doesn't know how to use the router. My guess is his router only broadcasting N.
