Default Wi Fi problem

I have verizon FIOS with a wireless router. If I enable WEP encryption I am unable to reach the internet. The FIOS admin shows I am connected.

If I disable WEP, I can connect to the internet.

I was on the phone with Verizon twice and of course they said it is an I Phone problem.

John,

Thanks. I did get it to work with ASCii hex setting. However, then I could not get my laptop connected.
