iTouch - Can't connect at all.

Hello. I got an iTouch yesterday, and I've tried to go online via it but I can't connect.

I've got an orange broadband wireless connection. My friend who also has one told me he had to type in some password whilst selecting his connection?

Mine has no option of putting in any password what so ever.

For example, I'll do:

Safari - Then it comes up with "Select a Wi-Fi Network. - The only option is "Livebox-C8C0" I click it - "Unable to join the network "Livebox - C8C0"

Does anyone know what's up? Like all my other friends do, I don't have a password to insert?
