ipod touch 2nd gen. how to get wifi?

im at home and have no wifi so ipod looks for it. it asks if i want to join NetRock but asks for password? how do i find out password to get onto internet

That network belongs to someone else. If you can find your neighbor who owns it (there's no way to "trace" the signal to see where it originates), ask them if they will let you connect to their network. Unless they're really nice I doubt they will, however...
