Default Connection Issues - Corner Bakery

So there's a Corner Bakery in my building that has free wifi. I'd love to be able to use it from time to time with my Iphone. Unfortunately, I cannot figure out how to connect to it.

When I turn the wifi on and open Safari, I get kicked to CB's terms page, where you have to click to accept the terms of use. When you press the continue button, an error message pops up saying that I'm unable to connect to that ip address. The error message is error(1002). I've used my iphone at other public access points with positive results, though I can't remember using it at one that had this sort of 'check in' first setup.

Am I neglecting to do something here? Is there any manual setting I can use to override? Would greatly appreciate any help.
