Which stores will be selling iPad 2 on 3/11?

Best Buy and Walmart have already announced they will be. AT&T and Verizon may do as well before 3/11, maybe a few others too.

I initially read it as AT&T and Verizon would sell it before the 11th and not announce before the 11th! Where are my glasses!

There is an unconfirmed report that Target will also be selling the iPad 2 on the 11th, which would be awesome if true.

Irish rose got her iPad at target, which has a 90 day return iPad policy. She had it for 89 days, which no harm done. Alex was just kidding her about it.

I was at Best Buy today. Asked a few employees if they where getting them. One said, oh w we have the iPads already she had no clue a new one was coming out. One said if they ship the new ones to them they will be selling them but had no clue about anything.

The Apple iPad 2 officially goes on sale this Friday, March 11 in Apple stores. No news has come out about pre-sales, however. Last year Apple began taking pre-sales nearly three weeks before the tablet was available in stores.

Are they really that clueless or just pretending to be clueless?

Not sure... they had me convinced they where clueless.

I have called every walmart within 2 hours of driving and they all said the same thing. Not going to have it.

Yeah I just called best buy and they said there is no way to reserve one. I asked if she knew how many they were getting in and she said " I don't know but I know its a good amount" This sucks it's either take your chance and hope there isn't a line or order online and wait till next week to get it. Then if I order online and find out there is no lines I'll be mad cause i coulda had my new iPad for the weekend.

Thinking about taking my chances at a store if there is no online store pick up option.

Do the other retailers have to wait until 5pm as well?

That's what I was wondering, like do I have to wait until 5pm to go to Best Buy, and is that 5pm pacific?

I called the damn Apple store and they told me they were sold out with pre orders. They could add me to the "in case we have extra" list though.
