Turning on all capital letters?

    I've got the enable caps lock but how in the world do I get it to work when I want to type all capital letters without tapping the "arrow" button before each and every letter?

    I thought I was supposed to press and hold the arrow until it turns a color, correct?

    Double click (press) the arrow. It will turn blue.
