Hi everyone. Not dead. Am sucked into the world of idiots that work for one of the major cell phone carriers. Learning all the inside info. Sssshhhhh
humm. So I am going through a typical customer service rep class right now with a class. I'm not graded or anything but it is a good inside look into what the person on the other end of the line does and the expectations set forth buy the company. Interesting to learn about what can and can't be said. Also to learn billing work arounds. Credits given etc. The lack of iPhone knowledge is amazing. Of course I (we here) know a lot more than the average joe. Guess that is why they hired me. After this 6 week class (yes six weeks of training for someone to take calls) I will be developing a training program to tailor to iPhone knowledge. I requested they get me apple training (figured I should try. The company is paying for it) so we will see how that goes.

I can't complain. Somewhat enjoying the retired life, but I'm trying to stay involved by running in a general election for Fire Commissioner, which would mean I would be my old bosses Boss School keeping you away from us here? If so, we will have to have a chat with the administration!
