Sprint iPhone 5 orders.

So I heard from a very reliable source today (not my cousins brothers uncle like everyone else) that over 47000 sprint preorders from Friday are In hold due to an error in the processing (FAST) system. Also told that if you ordered anytime after 3 am on Friday morning (pst) that you won't get yours in the first shipment.

Just thought I would share that info with everyone.

oh no..... At least I got my order in around 3:30 EST so I should be good on the first batch. But i really hope I don't get screwed.

Even after that time Frame you may get it on time however comma the for sure answer is during that time frame will for sure get them on time. That is if you aren't one of the orders stuck in the FAST system.

Man I really hope I am not one of the ones stuck in the FAST system. Keep us updated with anymore of the inside info you get.

So an update.
The number of orders stuck in the FAST system is down to 1700.

A lot if people got emails saying they were on back order. This was from the first five hours of preorder. Most likely you aren't on back order and that status should change at midnight tonight cst.

Thanks for the update! I contacted sprint and was told since i got in within the first half hour of pre orders i will be ok. They said i should have a tracking number tomorrow. But like you said before.. I will only believe it when i see it for myself. Again thanks for being my eyes and ears with the inside scoop!

All sprints systems went down this morning. As you can tell by my ability to praise the forum during work hours.

Well I am sure they are getting an over abundance of hate calls this morning.. along with ATT and Verizon... I was told this morning by sprint orders department that they will not even be shipping out the phones till Friday.. Now I know to not always believe what the reps say plus the fact that they are probably just as frustrated as us but I am FREAKING OUT MANNNNN! ha

Still no updates from sprint....

I'm off today. If by tonight u haven't heard anything let me know. Pm or something.

ugh so apparently sprints system went down around 4pm EST. So once again ZERO updates... positive note though tomorrow is wednesday. I am thinking if i get any updates it would have to be tomorrow?

still.. no sprint updates.. uuugghhhh
