    Hi, i'm from Argentina, in a few months I'll travel to Florida for holidays. I wanna know if I buy an IPhone in EEUU, can I use it in Argentina in the future? Because here the smartphone costs me arround 800 dollars and i've been looking for in the web and it costs 200 dollars only. Well that's all, sorry if this is wrong drafted. I hope u can help me.     If it is factory unlocked, you can use it anywhere you have an active GSM SIM. Make sure wherever you buy it from is selling you the factory unlocked version of the iPhone. Most places in the EU do, as that's how phones are sold there.

    Unfortunately, if they are selling it for $200, it is NOT likely to be unlocked. You would probably have to enter into a 2 year contract for that price.

    The unlocked versions range from $650 on up
