    My missus just got her 1st iphone (iphone 4). Within minutes of saving a contact it dissapears but it has saved and displayed about 10 to her contacts,we are both new to apple products and dont know what to do,please help

    Where did you save it to? In the contacts app, click on the "Groups" and click on "All iCloud."

    Dont have them options, just typing number and adding new contact and then its nowhere to be seen

    In Contacts, on the top it should read All Contacts, click on that one and it should display whatever contact that was entered.
