Omnimo 8 Dream Board theme Question

    I have this theme installed and I was just wanting to know if there is a way to customize the bottom shortcuts next to the menu botton? I have sent a tweet to the creator but havent gotten a response back yet and was hoping someone on here might have an answer for me or maybe point me in the right direction. Thanks
