No sound when converting dvd's. Any suggestions?

    Before I started to put movies or music videos on the iphone, I was using iTunes to "convert selection for iPhone" and it did, but none of the music videos had any sound! Then I've tried cucusoft and gave it up because of that water mark. Then Videora that converts my music videos fine, but my Green Street Hooligans DVD came up with no sound. What's going on?

    If you are on a Mac, my suggestion would be to try HandBrake http://handbrake.fr/. I have ripped several DVDs with HandBrake, and it's great. :2cool:
