no service issue . but now no wifi and location

    i purchased new set iphone 4 . then solution of no service i found. i update it 5.1.1. when i did that . signal gone after some time( no service) . when i reboot the i found error activation required . connect to itune. that was problem .
    some said antena prob, some said jailbroken prob.
    so . now i did absinthe . cydia . and now i m trying to fully format .and i try ultrasnow . wifi gone . when i did ultrasnow uninstall , then wifi on.
    i m going to restore . no wifi. no location . some time wifi comes
    kindly guide me . that is due to antena , or due to sim, or due to software updation ,
