    They also said it is not very accurate due to the absence of a heart monitor.

    If you are a an athlete this would probably not work.
    We are just having fun and I see it has a healthy challenge for my family.
    Or if you want a cool watch once the novelty wore off.

    I suppose so. Before you order read some amazon reviews. There are some terrible reviews on there.
