Native third party app list?

    Can anyone point to a link to the most updated native third party app list? I've checked the one over at modmyiphone.com and it does not seem to cover all the apps I have seen mentioned here. I have not modded yet as I am sort of weighing the option of doing so vs. waiting to see what Apple offers by way of third party apps (or at least anouncement about them). Hence, I want to see a current list of what's available to add to the calculus! As much as I would love to mod just to get the payphone dialpad, I need more reasons! For some reasonI seem to be more hacking adverse with my iPhone than I was with my Treo ROM.
