N95 iPhone data plan

    My iPhone is activated with at&t and I was wondering if I put the sim card into an unlocked nokia n95 would the data plan work on it or would at&t know that I am not using an iPhone?

    Whether they could tell or not, I just don't think they would care...but I don't know.

    it is the same price as the "SmartPhone Connect Unlimited w/Xpress Mail" which seems to me to be about the same thing.
