is there a program on the iphone similar to window explorer on the PC, where i can access or drag-n-drop files onto my iphone just like between a PC & a pda?

I use Netportal, its like explorer for the iphone. I connect to my PC and Mac wirelessly and pull down the files I want onto my iphone no third party software needed for your machines, its £2.99 but well worth it.

Anotehr option to explore backuped files, or to access a jailbroken iPhone over ssh is iPhoneAnalyser. It's free and cross platform (tested Linux, Windows, Mac).

This is not that good as it needs to be installed on the PC and not the iphone and also require you to buy it.
