What does it take for you to take up a proposal for an application that you can create in a few hours?

Are you looking for someone to develop an app you can sell yourself or are you looking for someone to develop an app for you that the developer sells/gives away?

Yes I obviously do not expect a DEV to put in a ton of work and not reap whatever benefits come from it. It appears that the focus for most DEVs is to create APPs that will get approval from Apple.

I believe this APP will cos it will not infringe on any copyrights nor run against any technical requirement Apple require for its iPhone.

Its a very simple APP that will allow you to seach within its own database of users and will have the ability to send an email direct to that user without revealing the users email address.

This APP is needed in the idustry i am in cos there is none out there.

This is where you may run into an issue. I don't believe there's any approved way to send email from an application aside from using the standard email app, which I'm sure you're aware its pretty tough to fake your outgoing address with.

Not having that option is not a problem. I see what you mean cos I have not ever been able to do that.

Look for jailbroken apps, in the black list

I guess good DEVS don't frequent this forum.
