iPhone 4s Wont Connect to iTunes

    I spent 300 dollars on this iphone only to find out it was jailbroken.
    I didnt mind at first because I have jailbroken phones in the past but this phone will NOT connect to iTunes I keep getting an error message and now I've found out that my phone will not let me update to IOS6 someone please help.

    I have tried restoring,DFU mode and iTunes mode and they all were helpless :/
