Here is my problem, I have an iPhone 4 5.1.1 that is JB with no themes installed. I was toying around in the settings part of the phone yesterday and noticed that when I go to select a new wall paper that all of the original options have now turned to nothing but a black screen. Also now the status bar on my phone stays a constant black until I open up an app or option then it becomes gray again. What would cause this to happen and how do I go about getting back my original wallpaper options?
I've had the same thing happen to me. Do you have iFile installed through Cydia? If you go to the iPhone Wallpaper and copy all your wallpaper and put them in a new folder, then delete the original and then put it back, it should fix the issue. At least for me it did, perfectly.
FYI - If you previously installed Cydia apps like vWallpaper and removed it....can leave your wallpaper background Black...
