App Store and AppleID

Alright, I recently purchased my 11-year old daughter an iPod touch. Since she is too young for an AppleID (and I REFUSE to lie to get her one), I have decided to use my ID for her to use for app store downloads.

I notice that, when I download an app onto my iPhone, I am asked for my password. However, if I download other apps within a certain time, the prompt for password does not occur. For me this is fine, but NOT for Sophie.

Can I have app store prompt for my password for EVERY app I (she) attempts to download, regardless of how long since I entered it previously?

I don't think it's possible, you can try signing out when you're done.

Not having a touch, are there restrictions like on the iPhone?
You can set it for 15 min or immediate on the phone.
