    SMSD and Winscp Help

I'm trying to add SMSD by using Winscp and am having no luck. I'm using the latest version of SMSD and nothing happens. I think alot of what the problem is, that I'm not using Winscp correctly. Has anyone successfully added SMSD and could someone walk me through the proccess? Ziphone jailbreak on 1.1.3 firmware. Thanks

I haven't tried adding SMSD, but generally the way to add an app is:
    • Browse to the /Applications folder on the iPhone in your WinSCP session
    • Right-click and drag your SMSD.app folder that you unzipped across to an empty area within the / Applications folder and choose to copy it there
    • Open the SMSD folder in WinSCP and select all its files, the click F9 and change the permissions on all of them to 0755

I tried that but had no luck. The SMSD website gives this example. What and where is the command line?

This is how you enable SMSD Notifier and SMSD Default App preferences in 1.1.3. You need to run SMSD using ssh or Term-vt100. Run following command on the commandline :
    # /Applications/SMSD.app/SMSD
This will start SMSD on your iPhone. Go to More->Preferences and change the preference you want. Since this is executed with root permissions, these changes will stick.

You can install Term-VT100 via Installer - it's under the System category. That'll give you a command line ...
