I was just wondering about that also. It states:

"Prepare 1.1.1 phones for the TouchFree jailbreak"

But when you install it, it says that your phone will be ready for 1.1.2

not as of yet....especially since this is the only ifo we have on it

The only thing that concerns me is that it makes no reference as to whether it makes the phone ready for 1.1.2 Jailbreak.

Erica Sadun uses it to help jailbreak her 1.1.2 phone. However, it seems that this OktoPrep app alone won't jailbreak your phone...you still need to run some additional command lines.

Have you installed it? Because I definitely saw the prep for 1.1.2 after installing it about 2 days ago I think
