As far as I know it will just not ring on your phone. They still hear ringing and can still leave voicemails.

MCleaner for iPhone has been updated to 1.4.1.8, with bug fix and add new block mode to hangup the call but not send to voicemail. For the existing customers, please update to latest version.

I've been using this app since it was released and it worked perfectly for me. I'm content with the capabilities of blocking calls and sms from my annoying co-workers and friends for that matter.

Here we go with the "trial"ware...then more money out of our pockets after we already put out the BIG bucks for the iphone! No Thanks on my end...I will go with the 'free-bees" that are out there as well as the other "free" apps that are out and on their way. U think that just because we did put out the big coin for our phones...we will surely put out $10.00-$20,00 or possibly more, for apps like yours...how sad it that?! U will find that there are far more that think as I do than will put out good money for your app as well as the other apps that were once free but are no longer. Enjoy it while u can and put some of that money u have gotten from those iphoners of past as u will see u are going to need that money for a rainy day as the storm is brewing from all the rest of us who say "NO"!!! to these apps, now and in the future...

Ps...I tried your app by the way and it worked well..."free well"...not "pay" well...
