Okay so SBsettings is installed. Now where the heck do I find the toggles? I know there is no icon but I can't find the menu that's shown in the "more info" section.
I must not be cut out for this stuff.

Now open SBSettings and go to More > Set Toggles. Others can be found by searching in Cydia. Is there one in particular you are looking for?

Swipe your finger across the status bar to reveal SBSettings.
