You need to use OpenSSH, and go into the Applications folder and manually delete it. There is a plethora of information on OpenSSH on this forum. It's extremely easy to use.

Good luck

You can also use either mobilefinder or filebrowser app to delete them.

Default iToday

I had this problem also when i tried iToday. iToday was not showing in the "uninstall" area. You have to use WinSCP or something else and go into the Applications folder and just delete it.

if you installed iToday, you need to disable it before you uninstall or else pieces of it still remain when u uninstall....so if this is you...reinstall it...enable it...reboot....then disable it....reboot to make sure its off...then uninstall...all should be well...
