I looked at that several months back, and think I never gave it a real chance. Started getting mails nagging me to edit my profile or something real quick after registering, and they annoyed me severely, so I just never really got going with it.
What's good about it?
you can see and post pictures, blogs, youtube clips, and web address links in real time by emailing from your phone. so far it appears that alot of people mainly use it to just blog their everyday experience. I found it a couple days ago on the apple webapp listing while i was browsing for the webclip icons. iRovr added to my homescreen made me realize why webapps are going to be ok. Before I was sceptical about them, because I thought a third party app ran from the phone would be alot better than fumbling around trying to find some silly webapp. Adding the webclip to the homescreen is easy, and it basically make it really easy to use webapps. for example......I have a webapp called converter on my second page screen. I would have never used it if I had to go find it in my bookmarks. now it is readily accessible.

I think those e-mails were probably posting instructions.
