Intelliscreen install problems

Just curious if anyone has had problems with Intelliscreen installation after updating to 3.1.2 and jailbreaking?

When installing, I get a EOF error during the process and one additional error from intelliscreen every time I try and install any Cydia app. I can click on OK and the apps install and also Intelliscreen works fine, it's just annoying.

Prior to 3.1.2 JB I had no installation problems.

I jailbroke with blackra1n and have had no issues with cydia or intelliscreen.

I think I have it fixed. I originally installed intelliscreen from cydia after jailbreaking. I uninstalled it and tried reinstalling it thru ROCK. Worked great, I then installed another cydia app which always caused the errors and it installed w/o errors.
I tried a couple of more times, when installing with cydia... errors, when installing thru ROCK, no errors.

Just for the record, the errors were:
Intelliscreen: EOF on stdin at confile prompt
AND
Configuration upgrade: The following file has been changed by both the package maintainer and you (or for you by a script)
/private/var/mobile/library/intelliborn/intelliconfig.xml

All happy now... no errors.
