I've noticed that it doesn't refresh all the sources every time you open it like before. Now I think you can just go to the sources section and manually refresh them. Thank god!!!

I was just about to post this!At first I thought it was a bug because I forgot you could refresh from the sources page. I am sure many people prefer it this way.

I think that is the only change. There is a note that says, to reduce server bandwidth, sources would only be refreshed once per day.

Too bad it's not seen more development in the last three months. It still has rough edges (I don't like having to search by category to uninstall apps, and I don't like that when installing apps it snaps back to the beginning of the list).

Is there any way I can reinstall it with all the sources saved?

I dont know of any way to reinstall it since it updated itself from within itself but the problems you are mentioning appear to be the same as when there are permissions issues. If you have a program on your phone such as squid or terminal you could try to set the permissions on the installer.app files to 755 and hope that fixes it.
