Default installer
Is there anyway to install "installer" other than the ibrickr method? I'm on firmware version 1.0.2 ibrickr just isn't working right now.

get 1.1.1, jailbreak it with jailbreakme.com, oktoprep on installer, update to 1.12, jailbreak it with the dev jailbreak
