how to load third party application in iphone

Hi,

I'm having a first genartion iphone and I was having lots of third party application like voice recording , camera with zoom features , video recording etc.But due to some problem in SMS appliation I have to update my Iphone to v1.1.4 , earlier also Iphone was running on this version .
Before that I have backedup my third party application through iphone browser ( in a folder in my pc) . Now I want to re-install it back to my Iphone.I don't know to how to put it back .

Please help me in this.
