How do you transfer files to your iPhone?
I use iPhoneList by connecting to my PC via USB. I heard of some FTP programs on the iPhone so i can do this wirelessly. What are they called, where can I find them, and how do I use them?

"WinSCP" and search the forum i think they have instructions on how to use it. too lazy to type
