Anyone else having these issue?
These are all for 1.1.3 D:

Maybe I should put a check for firmware first and abort the install if you're not on 1.1.3.

I can make a 1.1.2 version however, if thats what the problem here is.

Regarding the Blank app, take a look at the text I wrote on the main page for tips on how to find it.

Let me know what firmware you're on, I'm going to have to make a few more corrections to the original post and my installer xml.

You're just awesome.

I am on 1.1.2. I read the message you put in the pop up while installing the Blank App. But, that's not the reason. As you said, it is because these are all for 1.1.3.

It's be great to have ones for 1.1.2. There's plenty of us out there with 1.1.2 phones as the 1.1.3 upgrades are way too problematic with all sorts of core functions not working right.

Thanks for all your effort. I hope there are still people like you around once the SDK comes out and people start looking to sell their stuff to Apple.

Keep us posted on your changes.

I have everything but I keep getting that dreaded, Main script execution failed! message, when I try to download a package.

If you wouldn't mind refreshing your resources, I've added a 1.1.2 Leopard theme install which puts the file in /var/root/ for 1.1.2 iphones. I had to put a firmware sniffer for 1.1.3 users do dump them out of the install process if they tried anyway. Please let me know if this works for you, I will add 1.1.2 versions for the rest of my themes etc based on your feedback.

@duckdogdrake

I've seen your posts in another thread regarding your download problem, which leads me to believe its not related to my installer source. I'm afraid I can't offer any help here that hasn't already been mentioned in the other thread on that subject. I'd like to keep the topic of this discussion on my installer source any issues related to it specifically.

Sorry.

Edit -

I've done some testing of my own and it looks like the 1.1.2 Theme I posted should install just fine now for those on 1.1.2.

Thanks for the confirmation, I'll use that bit of code for the rest of the 1.1.2 stuff that follows. It kicks 1.1.3 users out of Installer if they try to install the 1.1.2 packages

Also, I've added my TTR Graphic mod to the Source

Question?? I installed blank999 and I find it on springboard, but it just pops up a screen saying "blank", and disapppears back to invisibility. Is this supposed to clear yoou screen or did I get the wrong message? Otherwise, NIIIIIICE!!!

Hehe, I need to work on my explanation of this app's purpose, but basically if you look at the screenshot for my leopard theme, you'll notice it appears as if my springboard is entirely empty! This is what Blank app is for, you can place it onto a new page as a place holder to really show off your wallpaper.

This used to be accomplished on 1.1.2 by simply using Dock, but since that hasn't worked for me in 1.1.3 I've resorted to using this Blank app. Oh, and the reason it has a splash screen is so you can tell where it is when you tap/hold to move it to a new page.

@themanofthedark

Thanks and Gratz on 500!
