HELP with missing Icons with 3.0!!!!!!!

When I upgraded to 3.0 I didn’t undo my category app and now I can see those or get to those apps that I got from the app store because I left them in catagories. If I downgrade will I be able to get them back..Please Help!WTF

I have an idea - it may not work - but is worth a try:
Go to Settings -> General -> Restrictions
Set Restrictions On, then back off.

I read something somewhere in regards to Categories and how
toggling Restrictions settings may undo Categories' functionality...

Awesome!
This is one of the biggest problems I hear about concerning jailbreaking. Always uncategorize before restoring.

Ive upgraded my iphone to the os 2.2.1 and i cnt find my cydia and installer apps but wen i tried to uninstall 1 of the apps from uninstaller it wudnt work, plz help...

Did you rejailbreak after upgrading to 2.2.1? If not, you will need to. Doing the FW updates erases the jailbreak and removes Cydia, Installer, and all of the apps downloaded through them.
