help.. finder app missing

hey all,

for some reason my "finder" icon is missing from my phone.. when i go to customize it is there will the (eye) beside it
but there is no icon beside "finder"

does anyone know how i go about getting it back

my installer is working fine and customize is working as well

I think that you should uninstall finder in installer and then reinstall it.

finder does not show up in my unistaller
can i use a program with my pc to access files and delete them.. i guess exactly what i would use the finder for?
