Default Extremely naive question about JB apps.

Hi, folks. So this question is EXTREMELY ignorant and probably answers itself.... I just need to be SURE.

If I come across an app I'd like to install on Cydia or Installer, and in the apps description it doesn't say "free" NOR does it have a price, and it never prompts me to pay anything before installing, then installing is completely free, yes?

I know it may only make sense, but I'd hate to get an itunes receipt for $1,000 or something.

Cydia and Installer apps are generally free. Some apps are trials, and will ask you to pay if you want the full version. Cydia also has a store that has a few pay apps. However, Installer and Cydia are in no way connected with iTunes, and cannot tap into your iTunes payment account.

Hope this helps allay your fears.

Only use Cydia. Installer is very buggy and not recommended these days.
