Customize 1.17 - SMS Received Sound

Has anyone had any luck actually using customize to set the SMS received sound? I go in to the program and set it, however when I get an SMS it uses the sound from settings, not the one I set. I'm using the Game Sounds from installer and I've tried quite a few. All the ones I've tried work great for the email received sound, but not the SMS. I'd really like to use one rather than the boring ones Apple gives you.

It doesn't work with customize. What I do is replace the original sound file with a sound that I want. Works perfectly.

Hi! Does anyone know how to change the volume level on the sounds in the customize? they are too loud and i wanted to know if there was a way to possibly lower them a bit. any help is appreciated thanks!
