Can't Get Simplify Media to Open on Computer

When I first installed Simplify Media a couple days ago, I could open it on my computer to Invite friends and all that jazz. Now, when I double click on the icon, nothing happens. Simplifiy Media doesn't open or anything. When I go to it on my phone, I can see my brother's library.

As far as MY library showing up, it is more up and down than a seesaw. Sometimes it's there and sometimes it's not, even when my computer is on and everything. Simplify used to show up in my system tray, but now it doesn't and I don't know why.

@fdchilds16 - can you try shutting down and restarting? (kill the SimplifyMedia and SimplifyPeer processes if necessary) If that doesn't help, can you right-click on the icon and pick Report Issue to send us diagnostics? The logs together with a description of the problem like yours above should help us identify the problem.

Hey thanks. I actually just uninstalled and reinstalled the program, and it's working fine now. I had already emailed support. I think Simplify Media is the most support-friendly app out there. Thanks for all your help.
