You are absolutely right! Of course everyone who has an iPhone may not hack theirs, but if they plan to buy apps from the Apple Store, then it's all the same. When iPhones first came out, in the beginning I think there were around 2.3 million iPhones sold within 3 months. If every single one of those people bought an app for $20, that's automatically 46 million dollars. And that's not even everyone who owns an iPhone!

People need to stop being GREEDY!!

I'm not planning on spending more than $5 for a REALLY GOOD APP that totally kicks ass. But I'll be damned if I'm going to spend $20 on this garbage, nor $50 for this garbage with trashy support, nor $35 on a stupid eBook app! Are you kidding me!

These programmers need to get a life and realize everybody is not Oprah or Donald Trump. Yeah, we may have iPhones, but that doesn't mean that $100 bills are growing on the trees in our backyards!

If that is you opinion, the correct response is to not buy it. Boycotts are the correct response for a company that violates a much more serious consumer issue or exhibits major social irresponsibility.

A good 71% of iPhone applications will be free, with the rest starting at a price of $0.99 going all the way up to $999. You can pretty much download as many apps as you have space for on your phone. The largest applications will be 2GB
