I have that same thing happen with several different programs. I am not sure why it happens but I suspect it is due to having the software on several different repositories (with different versions on each) and installer is not looking at the version number but instead maybe looking at the date stamp on the file on the repository. So in that case a repository that has an older version of the file but a more recent date to the file would show up as an undate even though it really isn't. I have this happen with iGo and Chess. The only fix I have found is to go to the information on the older version, see if I can tell which repository has that file and remove that from my sources. Sorry I dont have a better answer for you.
